Very rarely do I come across something that could be a game changer in the industry. But today I&#8217;ve read that, finally, a call tracking vendor has figured out how to take an audio file and translate it to text. So when a client gets a phone call from advertising, they can figure out what the call was about without taking the time to listen to it.
